Privacy Policy for ReelsRadar

Account data. Your email address and, if provided, your name. Used to authenticate you and send service-related messages.

Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store a customer identifier and subscription status; we never store card numbers.

Tracked content. Public metrics for the profiles and posts you choose to track, such as view counts, engagement counts, captions and publish dates.

Technical data. Basic request logs and a session cookie required to keep you signed in.

To provide the dashboard, refresh your tracked metrics, process subscriptions, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Apify (public data collection), Resend (transactional email) and Vercel (hosting).

ReelsRadar only retrieves data that is already publicly visible on the source platform. We never request access to your social accounts and we do not collect private messages, follower lists or non-public analytics.

Your workspace data is retained while your account is active. You can delete tracked accounts and videos at any time from the dashboard. Email us to request full deletion of your account and associated data.

The service is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updates to this policy are posted on this page. Significant changes will also be sent by email.
